What are your office hours? Our office hours vary depending on our location, please

Do you accept Insurance? Yes, our doctors are participating providers with
Medicare and accept
Medicaid.
Are you providers for my PPO or HMO?
We are also providers with many PPO's (Preferred
Provider Organizations) and HMO's. If you have a
question regarding your participation with your insurance company,
please contact us.
Are You Available for Emergencies?
YES! Our doctors will see emergencies of any
nature at any time. If you have an emergency be sure to
tell the receptionist that you consider it an emergency and need to

Vision Care Appointments At every visit please advice the receptionist of any
changes in your address, phone number, employment, or insurance
coverage that may have occurred since your last visit.
